My screen shakes and stutters whenever I scroll with the mouse wheel. Vertical scrolling, zooming, and anything that uses the mouse wheel, they all move up and down, in and out.

To get a better picture, It's like as if someone else is trying to scroll in an opposite direction from your scroll, and you're trying to fight it.

I use a bluetooth mouse. Targus bluetooth laser mouse.
OS: Windows Vista home premium 32 bit.

Edit: Oh yeah forgot to mention. I tested it on a wired mouse. It worked perfectly. I'm assuming it's either mouse driver related or bluetooth related

Edit2: For those who are having problems, I have a light solution for this after experimenting with my mouse. Press down on the wheel and while holding it down, turn the wheel.

Is there any kind of strong radio interference where you are? Bluetooth operates at a 2.4 GHz frequency, so if you have a wireless router or cordless phone nearby perhaps it is interfering with the bluetooth interface.

There's no radio interference at least what I think. Ah, looks like steggy has the same problem as I do. It was working fine couple months ago, but as time progressed, it became apparent. It's as if there's a creature inside the mouse pushing the mechanism inside backwards or... what if the mouse has a mind of its own O_O
