I don't want to spend TOO much on a sleeve. And i also want a sleeve with extra space or extra pocket for things like flash drive, usb cables, etc.

So far i've looked at these two.

    Caselogic PLS 13 Neoprene-13 - $15.94

Black ZEROSHOCK Laptop Notebook Sleeve - $26.99

Alot of people in the UL30VT owner thread recommended the ZEROSHOCK sleeve, but is it worth the extra $15? i'm going to take this to school alot and so it'll be in a sleeve and be in my backpack. What do you guys think?

    Thanks!

I'm also open to any other recommendations too! The cheaper, the better :).

I can't speak from personal experience with either one but I just got a caselogic case for my small portable hard drive and it seems to be made well enough.

After all, what are the requirements for a sleeve? It needs padding and a zipper. Most people don't need anything fancier than that or they buy a full blown case. If the Caselogic looks good enough to you then seems like there would be no reason to pay more.

    Hey!

Cheaper the better, but still good quality?

Well, I have purchased a few from here..meritline.com. :) And, they have worked fine for my XPS 1530, and my Mini 9 Netbook.

Here is the LINKY, and it's segregated for you, by size 11" to 14" Laptop Sleeve!

I also got the Asus ul30vt and I have set my sights on the Zeroshock III case.

What I want to know is what size to get? The 13.3" or the 14"? The ul30vt is slightly wider than the inner dimensions of the 13.3" zeroshock case. I know for sure that the 14" will definitely fit, but I want to know for those who have this particular laptop and the 13.3" case if it fits well? And how tight is the fit? Or should I just go for the 14" case instead?

    Thanks.

I ordered a $15 neoprene sleeze from _bay for my Toshiba T135 which should be basically the same size as the UL30. The sleeve was a tiny bit narrow but it does work because it is a little bit stretchy. It has a zipper on top of the main pocket, and a slightly smaller pocket on the side. The side pocket will fit my charger, AC cable and small mouse if I want it to, again because it is a bit stretchy. For normal use I'll just have the mouse in the side pocket.

A lot of the current machines that used to have 16:10 displays now have 16:9 displays, and for the same screen size this makes the machines a bit wider than before. Maybe this is why my sleeve is a bit too short. It might be a better strategy to buy a 14" sleeve for general use, but if you are concerned about overall size for travel, the sleeve that I got is very compact.

FWIW, after reading reviews and everything else, my mind is set on a ZSIII.

    Hi everyone,

I just got the 13.3" ZeroShock III sleeve and it fits the UL30VT-A1 perfectly. Its not too tight but its a snug fit and there is enough room on the side where the USB ports are to keep a micro sized receiver in place.
