Is there any sleeve that will offer SOME padding and will fit an E1705 like a glove? I need something that won't add too much length/width/depth to a E1705. Any ideas Thanks.

Which product on that site do you think would work? Were you thinking that the "ZeroShock 17-inch PowerBook Sleeve" would work? The dimensions of that sleeve are too small for the E1705. Or is there some other product on there that you were thinking of? Thanks for the help.

The dimensions of the E1705 are 15.5"x11.3"x1.6"(394x287x41mm)

Factoring in the stretch, I would imagine 2 mm (roughly 0.2%) shouldn't be a problem. I haven't used it, though.

Yah, the 394 v 392 mm shouldn't be a problem...but I wonder about that 287mm of the E1705 v the 259mm of the shinza. Although, there is one review for the 17" shinza sleeve that says it fits a Dell XPS Gen2 which I think is the same size as the E1705.
