    Hi all,

Just wondering whether I should invest in a sleeve or a bag with a notebook compartment for my laptop, or both. Is a sleeve really enough protection if I were to put the computer into the various bags I use to carry my stuff around?

    Any advice/insight would be appreciated!

I'd get a hard shell if it were to be used in a non-notebook backpack.

A nice padded sleeve (like sfbags.com) in a normal bag, best option for me.
Laptop is protected and nobody knows I am carrying one around.

I am thinking about getting a laptop sleeve too. Right now I have a Dell Leather bag, it cost me 100 dollars (with my last laptop). I'm still using it, it's a great bag. However, it is a bit big, maybe I should get a sleeve...

So, sfbags.com is pretty good for sleeves?

I've got both a bag and a Sleeve. Bag is for when i going to LAN's and the sleeve is for when i'm going to Uni something to put in my backpack with out damaging my Beast.

i ordered my crumpler back pack..........ill be postin a review soon.......one thing that i liked about it is the fact that it has a fully padded removeable sleeve.....so if i wanna jus carry books or just the laptop im set..

Also they have really good padding on the back and shoulder straps........so im all comfy.
