There are several that you could buy ( this for example), but the problem with all of them is that you will be limited to USB speeds... which often negates the point of using an Expresscard, which is usually capable of much higher speeds.

What notebook brand/model is it? On some of them, the whole card reader is a separate board from the mainboard. On the Dell Studio 1558, the hardest part is getting the notebook disassembled enough to reach it. I see new ones on eBay for $7.99 w/ free shipping. While that won't help if you don't have that particular system, it might be worth checking to see if there's something similar for your notebook.

second that on the replacement part. Often times, you can buy a new or refurb part(ebay, etc) and use that. Since most laptops offer up a selection of port combinations, manufacturers often swap port parts on orders. Snag a used/new part, do the swap yourself, and bingo, you're back in biz.
