wow bought three of these on black friday from staples and boy they suck. the keyboards miss keystrokes and constantly loose connection. the mouse works fine till it goes to sleep then it is all wierd about the way it works. i have to unplu then plug back in. tried all three sets on different computers and i just have to say looks elsewhere than this set. im bringing back all but one since i gave one away..

Interesting...i bought one at staples about 2 years ago and its never had a problem! Im on it right now. Maybe try changing the batteries and put the reciever closer to the keyboard.

I was looking to buy a keyboard on black friday and after some research, decided not to buy a Microsoft keyboard for those reasons. I ended up with a Logitech and it's worked perfectly so far.
