I found a Nikon D200 DSLR at the link above for $679. Retailed on amazon.com at about $1500.
Almost too good to pass up, but warning light flashing *SCAM*

the site seems pretty decent. are you sure its the exact same model on amazon?
-
yep it is .. but I found some, well actually a lot of reviews about the site and it's a scam : /

Wow you would think they would have shut that place down if it was a scam eh? It looks so genuine but then again these days only an idiot would throw money away in a website that wasn't that intricate so they make it look genuine to fool anyone.
btw going through the site I see they accept COD with a minimum deposit, wonder if anyone's tried using that with them
Take a look at the bbb report

the place doesnt appear to be a scam but rather they try to trick into things with false prices and advertising. so while you do get your product, you probably pay more than they say you will to get it. but yeah I would steer clear of this place, its amazing how it hasnt been shut down yet! -

Always check reseller ratings if you are unsure:

HMMM if you check the electronics page they sale a 60 GB PS# for $799? and a 512 MB thumb drive for $109? I guess that's where they make their money back.

And its most likely grey market, which means no support from Nikon USA and no repairs.
So if it breaks, a D200 will be very costly to repair. Never, ever buy grey market SLR bodies or lenses.
too good to be true?
