I'm trying to install a Diamond extreme tv tvr660 usb 2.0 tuner on a vista home premium system. Every time I try to activate the unit it tells me I need to install windows media player 9. or higher. I have windows media player 11.
installed already. I want to be able to watch tv on my monitor. I connected the satelite to the tuner via s-video, and the tuner via usb to the computer.
Any suggestions? I'm lost. The software that came with the unit is called
Total Media Monitor. I have windows media center installed also, and it won't recognize the tv.
