Rofl I can't believe how this happened. When I first plugged in my LG external monitor I had the option by windows to chose which monitor would be my main, and to shut off my laptop monitor.

Now...I don't have that option anymore and when I try to make my external monitor my main monitor, all I can do is extend the desktop to that external monitor with display settings, which is useless since the external monitor only displays my desktop wallpaper then.

I've been clicking every possible button in display settings but can't seem to shut my main laptop screen off. plz help ^^

Edit: nvm I found it, when you open display settings click on: connect to a projector or other external display, then a window shows up, click on: connect display, then another window shows up: the one which enables you to chose your external monitor as your main and shut off ur laptop display.
