    Hi,
Has anyone here using this sleeve?
    http://www.sumdex.com/core/impactguard.asp

I already have a bag but I need a sleeve to put the laptop in a baggage. I have used the body glove neoprene sleeve on my previous laptop but I think the protection on the side is nothing.

Maybe I could get the 15.4" sleeve? would that fit the adapter as well? I really like to get it smaller (14" sleeve) if it doesn't fit.

Also, has anyone tried this sleeve?

Let me know what do you think of those.

I'm moving this to accessories so you get more response.

I've reviewed the Sumdex, I think it's a great sleeve.

    Thanks Brian.
Would the 14" sumdex fit the lappy?

You'd have to check the measurements for both.

    Brian,
Does the sumdex have the side/corner padding (the zipper area) or just regular top and bottom?

EDITED: Found your review. The sleeve doesn't seem to have the side protection. Any other sleeve to recommend?

It does have side protection, just not much around the zipper.

I have one. The 14.1 DOES fit the v2000z perfectly, even with the extended battery. If you have a Microcenter or Frys nearby, they carry it, and you can check it out in person.

The thing is covered in memory foam on top bottom, and all sides (but a little less on the top with the zipper).

    With a price around $20, it's a great deal.

    Thanks for the info.
I have Fry nearby, I'll go check it out tomorrow :)

Got the bag today. While the measurement indicates the bag is too small for v2000z, it does it perfectly like a glove!
    Here's Brian review

BTW, I think it's kinda hard finding accessory reviews on this site. It doesn't have list like notebook review.

Which size did you get? Isn't the v2000z a 14 inch...so did you get the 14.1 bag? I'm thinking about buying the sumdex as well but I was checking out the Tom Bihn sleeve and the Shoreline one as well.

It's the 14.1 one. Fit very well. I also try out the 15.4 which seems to be bulky for the v2000z.
