    Hi
I recently bought a VGA to RCA cable, trying to connect to my tv. But it doesnt seem to work. All i get is black and white fuzz from time to time. But usually it's just nothing.
Can you guys give some suggestions on what to do?

    thanks!

VGA to RCA mean a VGA to component (3 cables Y-Pr-Pb) or VGA to composite (just one output)? What is your TV ? An old standard def (576i) CRT or a new HDTV ?

A simple VGA to component cable only has 3 wires which are capable of sending the basic R,G,B color signals, sync signals are not sent. Therefore, it may not always work. Reduce the refresh rate to 60Hz and see if that helps. If you can't get it working then I guess you'll have to buy a VGA to TV converter box , it will definitely work (I've tried) .
