need a monitor that is wall mounted enabled.
i would like samsung, hp, or compaq, or lg.
i would buy a used one (but in box from manufacturer) must be usb/vga output enabled.
would like to buy from trusted site.
willing to spend 56$ for a 19+ monitor or lowest price possible

$56 for a 19” ? I don't think so... You can’t buy a 19”, even refurbished : used but in-box from the manufacturer, for that price. Maybe a second hand one from eBay or similar auction site...
Wall mounting is possible if the monitor is VESA complaint, check the spec to make sure.
