    Hey there

I found a couple options on Amazon within your budget:
Amazon.com: Targus Drifter II Backpack for 17-Inch Laptop, Black/Gray (TSB239US): Electronics
Amazon.com: SwissGear Travel Gear ScanSmart Backpack 1900 (Black): Clothing

I'd go for the Targus personally, a brand which I am used to.

A backpack to hold these laptops would be huge. I also have a Slappa bp (the mutant ninja turtle one) but there products are not recommended. The strap on my Slappa brief snapped just a day after its initial use. Luckily, it snapped after I removed my Precision (brand new at the time). Definitely do not buy.

I replace it with a Timbuk 2 messenger. Which has served me well every since. I hold my 6700 with the neoprene sleeve. And just in case you're wondering, it also will fit my 18" HDX
