    i know you cant upgrade your graphics card
    what else can/cant you upgrade?

    Most of the time, indeed, the GPU is stuck.

    CPU can be upgraded, though its limited and WILL void warranty.

    RAM, upgradable, really easy.

    HD, upgradable, fairly easy.

    Wireless card, upgradable, moderate difficulty.

    Optical Drive, may be upgradable, depending on laptop

    Hmm..I think it's all depens on what kind of your notebook...There are many notebooks you can upgrade many parts and in some notebooks you can only upgrade the HDD and RAM.
    Generally in almost all notebooks we could upgrade RAM, HDD, optical drive,battery, whereas in some high end notebooks we could have more upgrade option such as processor, mini PCI, even vga could be upgraded too( using mxm module). But of course you can't upgrade the LCD :p
