    hey guys, here is my problem, my tv is slowly dying. I am a college student with no funds to buy a 3-4 hundred dollar tv. So i have been looking at the tv tuners for laptops and there are so many I don't know what to get. I have been eying the HP tv tuner that goes in the express slot. But there are others that go into the USB port.

    Here is all i want, something I can plug the coaxial cable into, record live tv, and watch it later. I don't need HD or anything like that...just the basics. I don't want to spend over $100 (i dont know if that is possible). So any recommendations would be nice.
