    I have the Acer 5920g notebook and want to buy a cooler for it. This is how the cooling system looks like:

    From the design you can notice that the cooler takes air from the side and the bottom and pushes the air from the back.

    Here I have the following pads available:
    Spire Pacific Breeze 10e
    CM Notepal for WS W1 3 fans 30e
    CM Notepa W1 2 fans 22e
    CM Notepal Infinite 20e
    CM Notepal P1 21e
    Belkin cooling pad 25e

    Taking this cooling design into consideration I would take Notepal Infinite or maybe W1 with the 3 fans, but I have seen on some websites that W1 can scratch your notebook. What would you recommend?

    Yes the older notepals (W1) can scratch your notebook. I think the Infinite would be a good fit, i have a celeron notebook on my infinite right now with similar vent placements and it working well. Check out my review. (link in sig)

    The NC 2000 won't work for him because of teh placements of his vents.

    @boypogi
    Yeah nc2000 wont work since the vents are in the upper part of the notebook and second because it isnt available here.

    I have read your review already (hard to believe but i do search before i post :) ) and there i find the info that the notepal W1 can scratch your notebook. I have seen also that thread with the multiple coolers reviewed and thats why i think the infinite will be my best choise. But i must say the spire and the CM P1 look interesting also because of their small size. the belking one looks too fancy and has a little fan thats why i dont like it

    Johnny is right about the cooler. The spire is nice for portability but if you dont need it constantly go with a full size cooler. The Belkin one has been returned by many users on this forum.

    i have a xps m1530 with similar vent locations (mid/rear), so i went with the nzxt cryo LX. love everythin about it. my exhaust always blows out cold air with my cooler on, now.

    side note: the CM infinite has a real interestin concept.
