Hi this week i'll get my G1 and i need to get wireless router. My Budget !~50$ if good oparation range Which one to get? I dont want to spend a lot and i dont really now much about them?
I need somethink that wont be very expensive, but also i prefer to pay couple dollars more for better quality.
If range is good is it possible to have router in one house and being 200meters away,in another and have at leas some connection?
    are those good?

I would stick with DLINK for best bang for your buck -
but I would go with the DI-624 - then you have the capability to go 108mb in the future - and it should give you farther range than the 524 - AND you get a MIR so it ends up being cheaper than the di-524 - the only way you are going to get the 108MB and extended range for the di-624 is if you go with the compatible card - otherwise the rest of the WNICS will connect @ 54mb

the g1 card will connect @ 54mb - if you get a USB NIC compatible with the DLINK DI624 such as - DWL-G650(PCMCIA) or DWL-G132 (USB) THEN you will get the 108mb speed - 54mb will sufficient for what you need if you are just going to browse the internet ect. the 108mb will come in handy if you do major file transfer / online gaming but you will need one of the two cards above for that extra speed / ability to travel farther with it -

I have to recommend teh Linksys WRT54GL. It's by far the best router out there for under $100. Though it is a tad pricier, but it's has an open source OS that you can upgrade and it will operate at similar levels to a real Cisco router.

I wouldn't expect to get signal from 200m away. You would probably have to modify the antena. Interior walls will degrade the signal somewhat, and exterior walls downgrade the signal significantly.
Thats not to say you won't necesarily be able to connect and use it from a neighbors house, but it will probably be a poor connection.

200m is pretty for for any router. The WRT54GL has a certain software release that lets you change the antenna power, allowing different atenuations.
