    Are there any "up to" 20" monitors that are 1080p?? I noticed that they all are 1366 x 768.

    I just need a monitor to watch football (soccer), movies, or just use two screens to study/work

    You will need to be looking at 21.5" monitors for a 1920x1080 resolution.

    Yep, pretty much and they really aren't much larger so size shouldn't be a problem. You have a good range of 21.5" monitor choices too.
