    You did not get what I wrote in earlier messages. I cannot make the options visible but I can change the values for them (e.g: change status for 'web camera' from Auto to disabled but can't make them visible to change them through bios.

    Today, I carefully put in the articles are read this post, I feel ACER V3.5 version of the BIOS to use should be able to open the hidden advanced menu, it should be different from that offset, you can try to help me change?

    derdahinten - from where is your bios mod ? [Unlocked] Acer AO522 Bios Unlock

    ) have you POWER menu open ?
    yes Thermal Fan control can be set from auto to disabled
    and you browse all advance sub menus ? yes als sub menus are open

    so what can yu set up there? You can adjust the fansettings (hysterese), enable AMD fusion-support , select CPI P-state (lowest), AMD PBS Options
    Cpu advanced --> cool n qiet , Multi COre support, Thermal control
    Video ---> Primary Video, Power Xpress (AMD) PC mode, HDMI Audio

    and ...can yu confirm advance menus are working and saving to cmos? working and saving confirmed

    Hi all, I know this topic is very old, but I'm trying to enable VT in my acer aspire one D255E.
    The problem is, when it type
    Code:
    python main.py original_bios.fd
    I get:
    Code:
      File "main.py", line 39, in <module>
        from dumpsetup import StringTable, Form, FormOp
      File "/home/you53r/Bios/hack/dumpsetup.py", line 272, in <module>
        strings = StringTable(pe, STRING_TABLE)
      File "/home/you53r/Bios/hack/dumpsetup.py", line 41, in __init__
        offsets = struct.unpack("<%dI"%count, self.data[16:16+count*4])
    struct.error: total struct size too long
    My main.py is this one and dumpsetup.py is this

    My dumped bios file is this one.

    User "sunsystem" on this post told it got it working but without providing how.

    Can you please help me?
