    2720qm vs 2820qm BATTERY life

    I am thinking about getting a m14x, however I am concerned about the battery life. I will be using this notebook in college.

    Which processor will provide a better battery life? 2720qm or 2820qm?

    they are both 45 Watt.. same power consumption

    Just 2820 is 0.10Ghz faster in clock speed, and 8MB of cache instead of 6MB.

    He is not asking for the difference, just with which you'll get the better battery life.

    For me it's the same, you'll don't see any difference of battery life, even between the 2820 and the 2630

    Run those processors at full throttle and you won't see any battery life at all ;)
