    Hey All,

Just installed a 2nd HDD into my optical bay. I've read all about using hdparm to force the HDD to go into standby. Although after installing itunes and moving my music onto the 2nd hdd since I have a SSD as my main. It seems the HDD does not go into standby anymore. Is this because of the music is on the 2nd hdd and itunes is installed on the ssd? Would it be better to install itunes on the hdd instead? Or does anyone know of the command for hdparm that will force thhe HDD to standby after a period of time even when the HDD is active.

    Thanks
