The new bios does not seem to have any way to configure my battery settings besides enabling it to charge. How can i stop charging at 40%?

I'm also trying to figure out what type of program to use for checking GPU and CPU temperature. I'm looking for something that can monitor both at the same time, i'd rather not run two seperate programs.
