    Hey guys.

Basically what happened is pretty simple, I had my charger in an unstable socket (I didn't know it was unstable), meaning it was cutting and shorting, ectera. But I realized too late, obviously, and one way or another it managed to effect my poor laptop (which just turned one, and is out of warranty :(~ ) so yeah, what happened was, at first it wouldn't charge, I took the battery out, put it back in, and it started charging again (this time in a more safer socket!) then after a few hours it just shut off and hasn't turned back on since. I press the power button, literally nothing happens. So basically I took the entire thing apart, repasted, did the whole shebang, put it back together and still nothing, so not really sure what I can do. It's out of warranty so, kind of stuffed, am I not? X3

Don't let this sway you from buying from Alienware by the way, they're not bad laptops. I just got unlucky with a wall socket haha!

P.S. it ran out of warranty on the 25th of the 6th :(.

Bump?.. My friend seems to think because it's only a week or two out of warranty Dell will help. Lol I disagree.

    Yeah it is horrible luck.

I was thinking, would it be possible to get Dell to repair / refurbish my laptop (via payment, obviously, not warrantly)?
