    Hi,

I believe some of the people are familiar with this problem.

The keyboard lits up during startup until shutdown.
However AlienFx is not communicating with the keyboard.
Can't change the color and stuffs, go dark and such.

I wonder if there self diagnosis first?
I am contacting dell technical support but my Service tag seems to be out of warranty at one side but actually no. So I guess that will take some time so I would like to self test and repair.

    And ideas guys?

    Cheers!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the command center? Make sure you don't use the one off your alien disk. Get the command center from the dell site.

    Yea I did. I tried 3 times.
I believe I performed clean un-installation using YourInstaller with the registry removed.
    But no use :(

Btw I tried with the battery removal stuffs. Not working. Seems only have to contact the technicians?
