    Hi! I know this my sound like an easy question, but I haven't find the easy answer. Where can I get a restore disk for my Alienware 14? I would like to restore it back to factory, with all the drivers and original software, is there any tutorial for this? Where can I download all the necessary files from?

    You can request a Windows installation disc from here. This is meant to be used to reinstall Windows manually, then the drivers and finally follow this guide to leave anything as it was from factory.

    Additionally, our PC's have AlienRespawn installed. This software allows you to go back to factory settings as long as you haven't reinstalled Windows manually before. Here's how to use that.

    Frantona. If you know someone who still has the factory partition you can have them make you a respawn dvr or USB. I have the factory partition.
