    Alienware 14 iphone/itunes problem

    Hi guys,

    I would like to check if you encounter this issue from your alienware 14-windows 8 64 bit, the problem that im having right now is my iphone 5 keeps on connecting and disconnecting. I even load the factory image without installing itunes but still the same. It happens on all the ports. I tried to connect other peripherals but there was no problem. No reported issue from dell diagnostic. Please help.

    That happens with the left side USB ports on my 14 with an external wd HD. I think there is a USB issue AW needs to address.

    I managed to find the culprit. There is a conflict between the intel hd 4600. So i need to run under discrete graphic. After 4 nights of trouble shooting =) I think dell should address this issue? Anyone aside from me who encountered the same issue?

    I don't use the intel gpu and don't even have the drivers installed.
