    Hi,
I have the opportunity to buy a new Alienware 14 (since the new 13 is sh*t, the 14 is the best option for me right now).

The basic one with the 750m, 768 screen and 8go ram or, for 350$ more, the 765m, 1080 screen and 16go ram.

I mostly play Diablo 3. Do you think the 350$ is worth it?

    Thx guys!

The 1080P screen and 765M alone makes it worth the extra $350

I would wait a month or two and see what happens with the 14 refresh, you will get a new laptop for roughly the same price.

Nah... First, tired of waiting and second, it will be way under the price of a new one for sure...

Neither. Both overpriced for the GPU.

Are you sure 13 is ? I think it's ok compared to the 14, and would def do work with diablo 3

I learned a little more.. the guy selling it through kijiji is selling them as open boxe.. so like new but..

for the GTX 765m, 16Go and the 1080p, he is selling it for 1350$ which is good I think.. no ?

I bought a 14 straight from Dell about two weeks before it was taken off their website following the 13 reveal. I have those same specs you've mentioned and only paid $1399. So IMO $1350 is a little high with it being an open box.

I believe the same. It's better to acquire new and don't risk yourself.

Pick the 765m and 1080p one. I have the 750m one but its the 2gb version. Quite contented with it.

Go for the 765m - it outperforms the 750m by quite a margin. Also, the IPS 1080p screen is great in the 14.
