    you could open up alien autopsy and look under "system info" BIOS version string= BIOS version.

    Try using IE. Dell doesn't like any other browsers

    I downloaded A09 in Chrome without any issue. I'm no longer getting the error I was, and I've since installed A09.

    Anyone from Alienware that reads this forum that can give us what this new AO9 BIOS version fixes? The Dell page does not have much description of what's new in it. Would really appreciate it.
