Well, i have another problem to report. when my music is on on the speakers, sometimes the volume goes up and down by itself. its really annoying. the weird thing is that it only happens when x-fi blaster is on. i always keep it on because it sounds MUCH MUCH better than normal. anyone else have this issue? anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: i also have optimize speaker output for headphones on, because it sounds MUCH MUCH better with it on.

EDIT2: sometimes, the volume just goes down like 50% by itself. it doesnt show on the volume meter, it just goes down and cant go back up unless you restart the computer.

check if you have SVM on, SVM is a feature that auto adjust volumn to try to standardize them... i have it off.

SVM = smart volumn management.. inside your creative console

thats wierd.. do you mean the volumn go up and down on the software or the hardware level, meaning.. do you see the volumn change from the volumn in windows.. or it just simply have different volumn on the speaker it self..

if software then i'm suspect there are some application causing this behavior.. if hardware.. well.. it's a manufacturing defect..
