Every minute my laptop is on it sounds like it's always working really hard.. The fan is going crazy and even when no applications are running it's still really loud. I've re-installed windows 7, tried multiple nvidia drivers. I'm not really sure what to do, i've had this laptop for 2 years now, never cleaned it out once. Should i be worried about these temps? When I game the temps go 95+ degrees celsius. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a laptop and having to worry about your laptop overheating on very low intensive graphic games.

You should consider a repaste for your (now 2 years old) M14x. CPU temps are a bit too high, if you have a turbo boost option you should turn it off in BIOS. Turning off turbo boost and using a cooling pad might decrease around 10°C and stop throttling a bit.

Most of the users around here swear that IC Diamond is the best paste available.

Those temps are too high, repasting might work fine and also cleaning the computer every couple of months is a good practice.
