I called them yesterday, they told me to do a clean install. I called them later saying it didn't help, but they were too busy so they took my number and said they'd call me today at 1. So 2:30 came around and still no call. So I called them myself, talked to a guy, got put on hold for like 10 minutes, then heard "thank you" and was hung up on. I'm now calling again and I'm on hold.

EDIT: After being on hold for another 10 minutes they fed me some crap about how I might have to reinstall drivers if they weren't installed in the correct order. Than I was on hold for another 5 minutes and they told me they'd call me back in an hour because they were busy and that's why the didn't call at 1. But they didn't answer me yesterday because they were busy as well.

Dead or is it saying the nvidia card isn't found? Did you recently update to the A09 bios? There is a new bios update in testing that they have been pushing out to a few people that fixes the missing gpu issue, if you installed A09.
