If the chat reps have been busy for an extended time, I'd recommend logging a support request. They've been pretty good calling me back recently (usually next business day). Log the support request, and try live chat tomorrow but hopefully they'll get back to you in the meantime and you'll have a direct rep to call / email.
Not sure what the problem is with your other few questions?
