    Any recent Alienware 14 system exchanges?

    Has anyone here had any recent Alienware 14 system exchanges? Do they still have them? I am having some issues and Im worried they will suggest an exchange. The reason why I ask is because I fear they will offer me a refurb Alienware 13. :(

    Prolly they will change it with an AW13 if your planning an exchange. I dont have any issues atm on my Alienware 14. (except the mild mathe peel off)

    They could offer you an AW15 R2, though. You would get a GTX 965m and i7-6700HQ , and they're better than a GTX 960m and the i7-6500u..

    This is what I was thinking. You could stick to the fact that the screen is smaller and you need the same or bigger.
