Anybody else with left zone on keyboard that doesn't light while booting.

When the computer is turning on, the keyboard starts doing its FX theme (slowly fading from blue to white and back) but the front "grill" and the word and the word "Alienware" below the monitor don't light (which seems normal). However, a few seconds into booting, the left zone of the keyboard turns off, then turns back on for a moment, and then turns off again. It stays off during the rest of booting, and even stays off on the login screen. It doesn't come back on until Windows is running, and the grill and Alienware light up too.
It doesn't have any effect on regular use, but it is possibly the lamest looking thing ever while the computer turns on. Is there possibly a BIOS setting or update to fix this?

Try creating a new theme in Alien FX and deleting the old one. If not then try reinstalling Alien FX

Let us know if this solution works. So if anyone experiences this will have an answer already.

I tried a different theme and it still happened. It only seems to happen with advanced themes (or at themes that have changing colors) as solid color themes don't have that problem.

Any way to not make it light up at all during the boot?

How would I reinstall command center? I don't see it on Dell's downloads site for the m14x

This is another known issue with the M14X. There is currently no fix, and I have experienced the same issue.

    Thanks,
