    simple question...

Anyone replacing their processor with an i7-2920XM?

also, would the multipliers be unlocked on the i7-2920XM?

will the ivy bridge support the same socket as the current sandy bridge processor?

Also, would the ivy bridge be more power efficient while providing better specs?

yes to both. (obviously in theory since it is just a simply die shrink). Apparently quad core will be main stream so you can expect 35w tdp on quad core i suspect.

Rather buy a 2nd M14x with that money. That's like 80% of the cost of another M14x. :)
