    Nope. Be sure that you are not playing some bad recording with clipping though.

    I don't know, I'm just watching youtube videos and they're on 720p. I set the volume on Realtek to Gaming.

    maybe update flash player, check volume settings (overdriven in windows sound control?), check another browser

    Sound quality can vary quite a bit on YouTube, but are you watching it in 720p and it's from a respectable source the sound shouldn't scratch.
