Battery mode - USB Disconnecting automatically

Hey guys

the only thing i hate from alienware is the battery mode
i am browsing in 50 % battery then suddenly the screen brightness was suddenly decreasing to 20% and all USB were disconnected automatically
when i try to keep up the brightness to 100% then it would kept the brightness back to 20%
these things are very annoying.

i try the balanced and high performance power plan mode ,changed the power settings in command center and the power plan on windows ,
still happening............

Do you guys have any solutions ??

Go to advanced power settings and make sure you change everything in there as well. The Alienware machines aren't meant to be used for gaming while on battery. They require a lot of power for everything to work properly.
