Hi all, Im about to order an m14x tomorrow and am going to buy the accessories with it as well with some dell gift cards. I am going off to college soon and was wondering if these items are good for the m14x,if not , what is best?(keep in mind each item should be $50 or lower) thanks.

First is the bag I will be using, this one looks nice but im not sure if it can hold the m14x properly as the m14x I think is bulky compared to normal notebooks

Heres the mouse I will get
    -Razer deathadder

Heres the cooler I hope to get(I need one I can use on my lap)
    -Targus lap chillmat

and some speaker system for my dorm to plug my m14x into(when I get it) Creative Inspire T3130

I'm about to order too and I think i'll choose the ALIENWARE Alienware Orion M14x Neoprene Sleeve : Gaming: Console | Dell with my m14x, I hate big bags, and I found this one soft and classy, the only thing I don't like is there is no strap.
For the mouse Razer will probably be a good mouse but don't buy it on the dell site, the prices are just insane. I personnaly already have a mouse so I'll go with my R.A.T 7. For the cooler I can't say because I never used one. The Creative speakers seems good but again look on other website, you'll find them with lower prices.

I am thinking of a notebook cooler too. Cooler masters seems to be the top choice here. (there were previous threads hovering around)

I have heard while it claims to decrease core temp with at least 5 degrees, it also has downsides of usb powered coolers overdrawn issue which might shorten the lifespan of the motherboard or rather that particular usb port.

I'm personally using a Cooler Master NotePal X2 and I game for 6 hours and above on my m14x straight.

It has been adequete but I couldn't help wondering if this is healthy for the long run too.

Is there an excellent cooler that will help with the heat issue?

I've read the forum pretty extensively and they all seem to be pointing to NZXT Cyro LX.

For the bag, you might want to take a look at Chrome Messenger Bags.

Chrome, Buckle Messenger Bag, Citizen | CHROME | Official Site

I'm using it and it is my only choice of bag from now on. It is sturdy, reliable and virtually indestructable. Perfect for bringing my baby m14x out :)

Well it has to be from Dell since im using Dell gift cards, I also need a backpack, instead of a bag cuz I like backpacks more than bags. I was looking at other coolers but like I said I was looking for one that could be easily used on the lap. Each item needs to be below $50 as well. no way would i spend 140 on bag lol. but thanks your your input.

Was also wondering if anyone had experience with the Belkin evo bag, was just wondering if it could fit the m14x properly.
