    Hello all.
What is the best available overclocking program available for the GT555m in the M14x?

Currently I am using Msi afterburner and can achieve the following.

    Stock
    Core Clock --- 550 (Mhz)
    Shader Clock - 1180(Mhz)
    Memory Clock- 900(Mhz)

    Overclocked - Msi Afterburner
    Core Clock --- 770 (mhz)
    Shader Clock - 1540 (Mhz)
    Memory Clock 1170 (mhz)

That is the meter slid all the way to the right.
I have had no problems with this overclock whatsoever and temps are not yet concerning me due to the use of the i5 2430m within my laptop.
Some games have gained 20+Fps on Max settings - It is crazy.

Is there any other software out there that can allow me to surpass this as I'm determined to obtain one of the highest overclocks for an M14x.

I've only ever used MSIafterburner and i personally think it's great as well, i'm pretty sure you can use everest or something? evgr? I am not 100% sure, i've see nit somewhere around the forums. I think the clock you have set it @ is fine and might run your cpu and gpu hot seeing as the gpu and the cpu have the same heat pipe it hasn't been recommended to go any higher.

NVIDIA System tools will allow you to set your Shader and Core clock much higher (1180mhz for Core, 2630mhz for Shader) but limits your memory clock to 1080. Memory shouldnt be as important though because the card is only DDR3. Any core clock above 770MHZ will usually require a volt mod though, and shader clock is linked to your core clock in system tools. I would recommend getting a voltage mod BIOS to further enhance your core clock

There are 3 major OC programs: MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision, and NVIDIA System Tools, now for me I use Tyler's link for the Voltage BIOS, so then I can OC past 780/1560 without crashing a games/app. For my OC Tool, I use NVIDIA System tools as Gearsguy describe of its purpose.
