Hey guys, just seen this updated to drivers page. But there is no option to choose this card in UK yet. Is it available in US spec?

I was surprised when that showed up on the drivers page. I would have wanted that card if it was offered when I ordered my system. At the moment, it's not offered in the US System Config.

I've just ordered myself one of these for Saturday delivery, as I'm having endless issues with the default Intel one which was supplied with the M14x (keeps dropping out for a moment when I download a large amount of data, otherwise it's fine but not particularly brilliant signal even though I'm right next to the router virtually). My Sony VAIO's wireless card produces full signal in the same position as my M14x, without dropping out when downloading large data.

Actually I doubt if it is a good card. The whole idea of Killer NIC in desktop is a processor to take off some workloads off CPU. Giving the size of this tiny card, it shouldnt be a lot different.

Ixel - If intel doesnt work, you may try a broadcom chip

I see, well it's a bit late now as I've already done the order. I don't care so much for the performance factor, as long as it works as good as the one in my Sony VAIO and doesn't drop out every minute when downloading a large amount of data I'll be happy.

$18 to ship a little card the size of a pack of matches? WHAT?!?
