So, I've had my Mx14 for some time now, it's great I love it. Blah blah.

The one problem I'm having is with the Bigfoot Networks Manager program. I never used it at all, until one day I wanted to start setting priorities, and I went in, and ran my test, set my priorities, thought I was done.

But now, every time my computer starts it's asking me to run the test again (is this necassary?).

In addition, it doesn't ever seem to save any of the settings. For instance, everytime I close it, it gives me the notification that it's going to remain in the system tray, and I always click the box that says "don't show me this again", and yet it always shows. I've also gone onto the advanced tab, and unclicked the "show notifications" option, and when it close it that one time, it won't show it, but ever ytime I restart my computer again, that box comes back clicked.

How can I make this stop??

I believe there is a fix for this -- I found it by googling but I don't have the reference anymore. Try Google. The fix worked. However, I no longer use the Bigfoot software or driver; instead, I prefer the Atheros driver with no additional software.

    Hey lucretius,

Just wondering how do you install drivers in those formats?
I dont see an .exe file or anything similar, there are like .sys and .inf files!

Right click the .inf file and click install. Otherwise, you can install from the control panel -> device manager if you have some other driver installed for wireless -- goto network adapters -> wireless and right click for properties. Goto the driver tab and click on update driver -- then you need to point it to the Atheros .inf file.

    Hope this helps.
