I have a 3 month old X14 but before I ring Dell I wanted to see IF I can fix it myself (and help from any of you)
sometimes when it loads windows it crash's and say's "Error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"
I have noticed there is a ! next to my Bluetooth in the device manager but I can find the driver on the alienware site.
    please help.?
    thanks

The Bluetooth is part of the wifi driver. Assuming you have the killer wifi it is all in one. Trying downloading the latest wifi driver, uninstall the wifi and Bluetooth. Reboot and reinstall...

Go to Device Manager, Right Click on the adapter, properties, Details, HW ID's. Copy and paste the 1st line in here.
