Just out of curiosity can someone run 3DMark06 on battery with 555m? Thanks. I asked buried in a couple other threads and never got any results, so it would be much appreciated.

Tsukurimashou, just curious but what do you get if you run 3DMark06 on battery using the Intel GPU?

Yes I am. I think I can live without blu-ray and 1080p, but the screen is also a factor. It's much better on the Sager NP8130. But battery life is better and ability to game on battery is nice on M14x, although not necessary. So just trying to justify spending $1300 on the M11x vs $1200 on the NP8130 when I can get a nice 1080p matte screen, blu-ray, and GTX 560m. Only thing I sacrifice is performance on battery and it's slightly bigger. So just have to decide how important is gaming on battery to me. I do it with my M11x mainly because it lets me and is a little more convenient, but I never would have done that before I had it!

I figured there was an A02 because there's an A03. And what about A03 that doesn't allow this? Is GPU not allowed to be clocked higher than lowest or something?

I don't know but with A03 it's like if you don't have access to GPU clock at all, I'm not even sure what are the frequency on battery

I had A03 in stock with my M14x because A03 was released before my order, maybe thats why I don't have A01 on DVD
