Hello guys.
Last friday I ordered my M14xR2 from the Dell store. However, I "forgot" to change the resolution from 1366x768 to 1600x900. Now, 2 days later, it says that the order has already been sent. However, as it was weekend I have been unable to reach Dell saturday and sunday, to get it changed.
Do any of you know if it's still possible to change my order through phone? Even though the status is "sent", I suppose that they can't send out on weekends anyway? Is it possible that it's just packed?
Or, if I can't do anything now, is there something that can be done to change resolution after I receive it?
I hope anyone can offer some advice... Thanks in advance!

My understanding is that once the laptop is "build complete", they can't go back and change it. I also think Dell would charge and arm and a leg to send a tech out to upgrade your display at your home.
Honestly your best bet might be to attempt to cancel the order altogether, or to return it as soon as you receive it, and then reorder with the proper display. -
