Anyone else have customer srvice issues? I have been trying since the day my laptop was delivered (for over a month) to get a simple namplate replaced, it was wrong upon delivery. Now I'm to the point where I want to return the laptop and simply order a new one. But Dell say I cant return. Does anyone know how to escalate this without going through their CSR's I have been denied my request to speak with a manager..

Yea, I had problems too. I am going to write a letter at this point. I was trying to get the free xbox after I had ordered already and they wanted me to send mine back so they can essentially send me the same thing. I was just trying to get them to adjust the order without the hassle of sending back my PC which I needed for school which they clearly cannot do. With Dell you have 21 days to return.

My thing is this...ok I can understand that I have 21 days to return, that seems reasonable - however the whole reason I chose not to return right away was that customer care assured me they would resolve my issue, then nothing... I would call back, they would apologize and promise resolution...this was a repetitive cycle for over a month, and continues to this day. And now because of their failure to make good on their promises and their failure to resolve my issue, I am stuck to pay for their mistakes....unsatisfied with my purchase and dissapointed at the level of commitment they are willing to show to their customers. I'll be the first to admit, I am no one special that Dell should jump through hoops for me - but this was their mistake, I feel very strongly that they should fix it. I mean its not like I am asking them to take the laptop back and thats it....hell I'm actually considering an upgrade to the m17x - I want to give them more money and they refuse to take it....very dissapointed indeed.
