    Hey every one,I just want to state my experience with dell.And once again (MY EXPERIENCE).I have 3 alienwares,and wanted a lappy to fit between my m11x & my wife's m17.IN Dec 2010 since m14x didn't exist yet,I was assured by dell the XPS14 was a monster,just as good blah blah.Reluctantly I got the XPS.(mistake) too many issues to list.Then dells genius techs tell me the direct replacement is a xps15??? 15 for a 14?Ok I'll bite.After months of back & forth proving the 14 xps replacement is the alien m14x,I finaly get a corporate resolution expert,the 4th one by the way.He orders me a fully upgraded m14x.I have so much to say,but Ive been on here before and most of you guys have read my nightmare and alot of you shared similar experiences.I just want to update and tell you guys I have now finaly after 7 months found the right rep and am soon to be getting my second m14x.Sorry for long post,I just want to help anyone going through similar problems,Its all who you get on the phone.If any one needs help or my info to get your replacement Im happy to help.You can Pm me!Peace & happy gaming to all.

    Any time nkdv,I'm just trying to help people from going through a complete waste of time with tech and reps that can't or won't help.Ultimately it was a friend of mine that talked to the right person and made all go away.I was told flat out its not dell's policy to give Alienware for a dell?!?! Well as you know I got a fully specd M14x for what would have cost double.For nothing! Well no money at least.Aggrivation,that's another story.
