If I tilt the screen, there's 2 points at the bottom of the screen (one at the left and one at the right around the same distance from the edge) that look like a bubble or a water effect, it's abit hard to describe but I'm just hoping I don't have a faulty unit.

why would you shake your laptop?
-
Well ok.. if I tilt the screen then.
-
OP, I will look at mine and tell ya today bro in a few hours when I get home.
I know how frustrating it is, and you come on forums like these to ask other m14x owners to get help. -
I'll try and make a video aswell.
-
Anyone?? yes or no??
-
From the video it just seems to be pressure being applied to the lcd beneath the screen. I wouldn't worry about it, but I also wouldn't be putting stress by wobbling it like that too.
Does the bubble appear at full tilt? -
It is only visible when tilting the screen. I was wondering if the same happened to others? I was gonna return it for a replacement as it's 6 days old.
And yes it does look like pressure. :/ -
I dont experience it to be honest, even at full tilt. It could be worth giving dell a call to get a replacement since it is probably unusual and not common.
As I said I cant replicate it -
Nope. But when I grab the lid with a little pressure it does, around the middle of the screen, not a big deal though, it goes away instantly, and only when I tilt the screen.
Does anyone else's m14x do this?
