    Hey Guys,
I own an alienware m14x R2, the one in my signature.
I wanna monitor and maneuver fan speeds.
Maneuvering is not that important, but i wanna monitor them.
I have core temp and hardware monitor for other monitoring requirements.

    Please help and reply soon!!

    Thanx :)

I use HWiNFO for that, you can monitor almost everything, and modify the fanspeeds, at your own risk.

That's a good one. Still I would say that the best thing to do is to let the computer manage it's temps and fan speeds.
