Its definately compatible,i run football manager 2012 just fine, the only time i had a problem was when steam updated and i had a corrupted file in the fm game cache,my fix for this was to go to library,right-click fm2012,go to properties, local files tab and choose the verify integrity of game cache, after a few minutes it downloaded a tiny file and its worked fine ever since, much faster processing everything than my pc did.Other than that i have had no other problems so cant suggest much else to help

    thanks...had already tried all that.

Seemed to be an issue with ThreatFire running in the background. Had to uninstall and then it worked. Thanks for the advice.
