    I have the M15x with the GTX 260m. looking at selling it and going for the M14x. Is the GT 650m better or worse? What are my up-grade options?

    Anything else to be aware of?

    Are you kidding? The GTX 260 is completely obsolete now. I have a laptop with a 360m which is a 260m on a die shrink not only is the 650m sooo much more power efficient but it outputs half the heat and doubles the performance in a smaller card.

    The GTX 260m is still on DX 10, the 650m is a DX 11 card so you get advanced tessellation and a lot of improvements. The 650m is pretty much double of what the GTX 260m used to be if not more in every single way.

    Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if Kepler is more powerful all around than people first let on. If people are overclocking the 650m to reach near-660m levels, that's pretty impressive :]

    How can you sell the m15x to buy an m14x?!

    Buy a mobile graphics card and install it on the m15x...7850m,7950m,7970m,GTX660m,GTX 560m, GTX 485m and soo many can be installed on an m15x.Just buy them from amazon,ebay or other sellers.

    The best Video card upgrade that has been validated for the M15x is the 460M. If you're going with a higher model perhaps you can tell us how it worked for you.
